One always want to be Fit,so they will try to perform all kinds of excercises which will make them fit.yes,really excercises are good examples for a person to be fit and healthy.ofcouse,those are the basic steps to become fit and we are left with no more choices.We have different kinds of excercises and these done in different ways.One may take a circumlocution where as other is very brevity.It depends on the person how he/she wants to perform,this can easily be done at gym.
Gym sincerely helps people to be healthy enough to survive and live.This is the area where you can benefit more.Inorder to change from fat to fit you must and should visit gym.Do it regularly rather than doing "Once in a Blue Moon" which is not prescribed.You should be very cautious about the acoustics where you perform excercise for fitness.
The First Excercise
This is the basic one where in we need to lift weights.Intially with less weights and after some amout of time try out with more weights.Do it for atleast two or three weeks and if you can justify yourself then try with other things.Afer one month and so on you will be able to perform the 'Good Morning" excercise.Which deals with lifting of all kinds of weights and other stuff.
Last one Among others
Good Morning is the tough one i can say.People who have crossed all the other list of activities can go for this hard one.Here lifting of heavy weights on shoulder will be seen.
Here we have many kinds of small tension relive excercises also like bending our back ,with knees streched.Firstly we are new to this then we will opt this knee bending excercise,ofcourse this is not so regular one.If we are uncavellier about your health then only we will be able to keep your body fit.

Solutions
Firstly when you enter the process you should go with less weight lifting.
Secondly perform any excercise for atleast two or three weeks and then try to change the levels.
If you have lower back pain?
For this there are 3 to 4 reasons,one of them is because of any injury pain ,doing excercise at wrong angles , weak back from birth or else due to strain,where you posture may go wrong or you are doing in incorrect posture.solution may be like avoiding hypertension,keep a towel under your back which will makes your shoulders relaxed ,free the knees properly rather than keeping it stiff.
Hopefully by following all these we can become fit and healthy.You will for sure find a difference of changing from Fat to Fit.This is cent percent true logic.
