It would be good idea to listen to our thoughts.If we learn to listen to our mind talk,we can be more in charge of our lives.Stress Management concept is useful as that encourage us to pattren our lives better and makes us more efficient.The root cause,however,of feeling that we are not managing our time well or that there are too many areas of sterss inour lives is the way we manage our minds
Mind Management,then,is the new tool that we need to focus on.The mind is a devil's workshop but a mind that is always active must be the very devil itself.Some times the mind prods you on to saying something to your friend or your parent.It tells you-"say what ever you think is right. You must say it and let the other know how u feel.Just say it -"And,listening to your mind,you say what ever it was that you wished to say"y.After a few hours that very same mind tells you--"You shouldn't have said all that,You know. You should have kept quiet.Now see how you have hurt that person."
Do you see the games that your mind plays with you?Hence ,learn to manage your mind that's the surest way to be in control of yourself.Next time you notice your mind telling you something negative ,cut out the thought immediately.tell your mind --"No iam not intersted.just go away."
Whenever we think,we think that "we" are thinking.
It is like watching your hands type onthe keyboard.Watch your thougths.
